We will be riding for Woodford County HS bike Club this week!

Education Session Begins at 8:30

This session will be presented by Matt Lee, Doctor of Physical Therapy with Kort in Nicholasville. Matt will discuss several essentials of cycling: balance, strength + flexibility and professional bike fitting

You will learn how to quickly assess your balance to improve your cycling safety and performance.

Learn the role of the often mentioned and misunderstood "core" while riding a bike and learn the key to gaining and maintaining flexibility.

Lastly Matt will tie the understanding of your body's movement to the topic of professional fitting and how often one may be recommended.

Hope you can join!

Rides offered - We will have group rides with leaders, but you will also have the option to come, sign in, and do something on your own ... Doesn't matter, miles will still count!!!
