We are pleased to offer three different indoor booth options – Standard (10x10), Premier (10x30)
located
at entrance and exit points and our Showcase (10x20) located in the center of the recreation center. An 8' table (s) and 2
chairs
will be provided, however vendors are encouraged to bring any of their own
exhibit
furnishings
and signage.
Outdoor options are also available, first come first served in the locale you choose. Vendors should prepare to
provide
protection from the elements for these locations.
Please be set up and ready by 2:00 p.m. on Friday, May 24th. If you are staying through the weekend, the expo will resume at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday and Sunday when the cyclists begin to return to campus. Please see Rowena Ruff to arrange your vendor schedule Saturday and/or Sunday. Vendors will stay indoors the whole weekend, expect previously arranged outdoor vendors or if you choose to move outside Saturday and/or Sunday.
