The Bluegrass Cycling Club's Horsey Hundred will be in a new location at Charles Brooking Park, 1130 Cincinnati Rd, Georgetown, KY 40324. You can find the park's directions and info on www.gscparks.com.  The vendor location will be located in the large barn, which is next to the pavilion and is centered around rider registration, entertainment and food trucks.  Each spot in the barn is $150.00.  All vendor spots are in a visible location, and all are the same measurements.  If weather permits, you can place your booth outside the barn, and volunteers will be there to assist your location on the parking lot in front. If you stay through Saturday and Sunday, you'll need to move your booth back to your spot in the barn to securely store your merchandise overnight.  The Bluegrass Cycling Club merchandise booth will remain indoors, so there will be plenty of traffic inside the barn. We will have a special hot spot for Wi-Fi.  There will be electrical outlets in the barn.

A super benefit with this new location is that we can serve adult drinks. We will have Country Boy beer and bourbon tasting, and the vendor expo will be in the center of these activities, along with food trucks, horses and entertainment. 

Vendors must be set up by 2:00 p.m. on Friday, May 24th. The expo will resume at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday and Sunday when the cyclists begin to return to campus. Vendors are welcomed and encouraged to stay throughout the weekend.
