NOTE DIFFERENT PACE GROUPS START AT DIFFERENT TIMES!!!!!
The B, A/B, and A rides will begin at 10:30 am from the Kroger's Parking Lot.
The C & B/C rides will begin at 11:00 am from the Kroger's Parking Lot.
The Chili Fest will begin at 1:00 pm.
Routes available include 16 miles to a 32 miles out on to Clear Creek Rd with different routes (including a Nonesuch option) to come back.
The C and B/C groups will regroup. The faster groups will regroup as needed. The B and A/B groups will try to stay together. There will be riding a paceline and everyone is expected to take turns pulling (even for short distances).
We will meet in the front corner of the Kroger's parking lot near the gas station. The ride will have sections that go through subdivisions, on the shoulder of Harrodsburg Road, on a bike trail, and on 2 lane country roads.
We will be riding on the shoulder of Harrodsburg Road for a very short part of the ride. This shoulder is as wide as normal lane.
After the ride you are invited back a my house for chili compliments of the BCC Social Committee. If you are attending, it is suggested that you bring a side dish or dessert. Even if the rides get cancelled, the chili fest will begin at 1 pm.
