Overall Difficulty:
Information about the overall difficulty of this Nic Vegas Ride can be
found closer to ride time on the BCC Facebook page or by contacting Libby.
The Nic Vegas Rides offer a slew of routes on a variety of less traveled
roads. The terrain and elevation may be considered challenging by some,
but promises loads of fun and awesome training. The routes for the A and
AB will usually be more difficult than the routes for other paces for these
rides. All paces are based upon effort and terrain and will generally be a
bit lower in relation to other rides of similar distances.
Details:
Trick or treat! If you are not doing any of the other fang-tastic rides,
will you please dare to join us for the last Nic Vegas Boo Bike Ride of the
BCC season? We will have some totally wicked routes that will leave even
your favorite witches spellbound!
After the ride, we will eat, drink, and be scary with a spooky soiree too.
We will devour curried lentils, coconut basmati rice (and toppings), and
kale cabbage salad provided by Bethany Barker of foodLove. Plus, we plan
to party like a monstar with all kinds of mischief (maybe a fun game,
music, and more).
Please park in the public parking lot directly beside the building which
houses T.A.J.S. We will have a ghostly gathering at the back of The
Alternative Jewelry Shop (at 118 ½ North Main Street, Nicholasville,
Kentucky). Announcements will transpire at 5:25 PM and we plan to depart
at 5:30 PM.
All routes can be altered or shortened if darkness creeps in or if goblins
stir up trouble. If the weather plays tricks on us, we may post again
closer to ride time on Facebook or it may be a ride time decision.
