Not a group ride but rather a spin class on the road. This workout is structured to adjust to riders of varied paces and so is appropriate for B through EF pace riders who are capable of following a map and workout directions. We’ll ride a pace-chaser or cat and mouse route. This is a short workout, 60-75 minutes and less than 20 miles. We’ll make that up
with up to six high intensity intervals using the hills around Athens.
Please bring a way to keep time. Ways to use heart rate monitors and power meters and segments to adjust your workout will be discussed.
