moderate to strenuous

Details:
We plan to cruise on up to Cynthiana and ride a few roads that are less  
frequently travelled @ AB pace with 1-2 store stops.  I may modify the map  
slightly before Tuesday but the attached is representative of the plan.   
Also, should the wind look to be strong from the South, then on Monday I  
will post a different route (on Facebook)
