BCC helps Santa this Christmas

E-mail Print

Please join us for this year’s Christmas Bike Give-away. This year we are working with Big Brothers and Big Sisters to give over fifty children in Fayette and Scott County new bicycles for Christmas. The event will take place at the North Lexington YMCA on the 13th of December at 2pm. We have partnered with Dick’s Sporting Goods, Kosair Children’s Hospital, Georgetown College, the Central Kentucky YMCA, the Brain Injury Association and the Bluegrass Chapter of the American Red Cross to make this event bigger than ever.

We still need volunteers, and if you would like to help contact Malcolm Barrett at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it to sign up. We will meet at the North YMCA at 12:30 pm on Sunday. The uniform for the event is jeans or khakis with your BCC Polo or Jersey. If you can’t make it on Sunday but would still like to help contact Dwayne Edwards at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it He will be leading the bike pick-up.
