Distance:  Approximately 20 miles through scenic Bluegrass Horse Country on a training ride with the Bike Trekkers to Shakertown for the American Lung Association.  Leave from Russell Cave Elementary. 

Pace:  B/C pace, A riders welcomed but on your own

After the ride meet at Cracker Barrell for lunch.
