The Nickel Ride #1 will be this Saturday, April 1 at 9:00 AM. The route will be 76 miles and 5004 elevation. It will meander by the lovely Shaker Village of Pleasant Hill, past the large Osage Orange tree in Harrodsburg, and more. There will be store stops, but please bring tube(s), tire changing tools, water bottles, fuel, lights (if you have them), and an adventurous spirit. We will have ride leaders for A/AB (Jay Baker), AB (Libby Barnes), B (Fred Steinbrecher), and BC (Tim Klesk). Plus, you can ride your own pace (leaderless) and call you own SAG if desired. Bathroom, snacks, and drinks provided before and after the ride at the back of The Alternative Jewelry Shop. The map is https://ridewithgps.com/routes/19894078 . We hope you will join us for the first ride of the Nickel Series!
