The Interdiction Ride tends to be a bit faster due to the terrain in the area which included more easy and moderate rollers and not significant hills. Because of this the pace itself is generally more strenuous.
As noted previously the pace for The Interdiction Ride tends to at the upper end of the stated pace and thus can be more strenuous. However, ride leaders expect their groups to stay together and ride using a double pace line with frequent rotation. This is a group ride.
Routes will be posted to the BCC Facebook page each Thursday. The EF and A routes are usually the same.
