We are pleased to offer three different indoor booth options – Standard (10x10), Premier (10x20)
located
at entrance and exit points and our Showcase (10x20) located in the center of the recreation center. An 8' table and 2
chairs
will be provided, however vendors are encouraged to bring any of their own
exhibit
furnishings
and signage.
Outdoor options 10x10 and larger are also available. Vendors should prepare to
provide
protection from the elements for these locations.
Please be set up and ready by 2:00 on Friday, May 27th. If you are staying through the weekend, the expo will resume at 12:00 noon Saturday and Sunday after the staggered ride lengths when the cyclists return.
